Dave Rouse is Group Head of Strategy at OSRL, with a background in incident and crisis management. He holds a degree in International Disaster Engineering and Management and has responded to more than 50 incidents globally. Alongside operational response, Dave has supported governments and national and international oil companies to strengthen crisis management capability and oil spill preparedness, including the development and sustainment of crisis management frameworks. He is a regular speaker at conferences, workshops, and seminars, and has co‑authored and contributed to several industry good‑practice guidance documents.
